Well y'all...if you have never been to Gadwalls, then I guess you might be missing out!! They are located on the hilltop off of highway 107 in Sherwood, across the street from where the old bowling alley used to be. It's near McDonald's and Kroger. Gadwalls has some of the best fresh cooked food Central Arkansas has to offer. I've been a patron of this establishment since, well, the early nineties, if I'm not mistaken. It's a really awesome place where you can feel right at home. You can wear whatever melts your butter, pick your favorite spot to sit anywhere in the restaurant, and just have a great time. Whether you come alone for a speedy lunch or with your entire football team (better call first?), the ladies and staff are waaayy awesome and always take really great care of us!! They always have made me feel so comfortable and that's so important to me. Most of them have been there for a really long time too. They work really hard to make everyone feel like they are the only customers in the house! They are Flash Gordon kinda fast and really deserve a ton of credit for all they do. But the food there...YUMMMMM!! The menu consist of burgers, sandwiches, fried stuff like pickles, quesadilla, salads, and who knows what else...but no matter the craving...they'll have you covered. I always grab the Club Sandwich with fries and extra pickles (love the pickles cuz they are FIREEE!) with a side of ranch for dipping. They sell alcoholic beverages also ... for those of you who wanna relax unwind a little extra when the day is done! So, if ya haven't been yet...what are you waiting for?? Go and get y'all some cheese sticks, a couple of corn dogs, or maybe a hot dog for the kiddos. They have booster seats for the really small kiddos and non booster seats for the big kiddos too! Y'all check em out and let me know what y'all think!! You will be so happy you did. You' can just thank me later for letting you know all about this place. I looovvee this place! Your welcome!!

This place is freakin' fantastic! Ohh my gosh. This was my first time here, though my husband has been here numerous times. Clean and comfortable environment! The staff is excellent! Heather was our waitress, and she did a phenomenal job. It was a busy Friday night, but our beers, appetizer, and main courses came out in a timely manner with less than a 15-minute wait! Affordable, tasty, and perfect-sized portions! We will be back.

Good food at a local spot recommended to us and we're glad we went. Patty melt was great, chicken fried chicken was good, onion rings were awesome and soaked salad was very good. Service was friendly and prices were decent. All-in-all a good dinner out while in the Little Rock area.

They never disappoint! Great food and fast friendly wait staff. We started with fried pickles, yes fried but lite, not greasy and not heavy on the stomach. Shannon had the build your own bologna sandwich a thick cut of bologna on Texas Toast. I had the classic cheese burger with onion rings both delicious. A word about the onion rings, you know how in some places you take a bite of your ring and the entire onion slides out one end. Not these, each bite is a lightly battered bite of equal parts onion and batter with the rest of the ring staying intact.

Gadwall's Grill in North Little Rock is a hidden gem. I’ve been to Gadwall’s a few times now, and every visit has been a great experience. It’s got that classic, down-home diner feel with friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere. The food always hits the spot — whether it’s breakfast, a burger, or one of their daily specials, it’s fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the staff really make you feel welcome. Even when it’s busy, they do a good job keeping things moving without making you feel rushed. If you like laid-back local spots with consistently good food, Gadwall’s is definitely worth checking out.

This is a nice old fashioned neighborhood type place. They have made from scratch Onions Rings. The Cheese Burger is excellent. But I can't resist a chillidog. The one shown was the long version and it was hot and as good as it looks. The show stopper is the Onion Rings, best in the county. This may be the last place where you can get an actual from scratch onion ring. New development has been constructed around it, so the entrance I as not obvious. But it's worth a little effort to find!
